This set of four multilingual family guides is designed to help families of infants and toddlers with disabilities (birth through age 2) understand the dispute resolution options available under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The guides clearly explain the processes of mediation, written state complaints, and due process complaints and hearings in a family-friendly format. All materials are available in multiple languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Korean, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Vietnamese, to ensure accessibility for diverse families.
