Transition Planning Resources for Families

It is never too early or late to consider your child's transition to life beyond high school. Transition services are a coordinated set of activities designed to help your child move from school to post-school activities. Under Texas law, not later than when a student reaches 14 years of age, the admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committee must consider and, if appropriate, address transition services for your child.  View this parent testimonial video to learn more.
